Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns within 5 calendar days of receiving the product, provided that the item:

All products carrys one month's guarantee.  As long as the are still in 
Is in perfect condition, unused;
Is returned with its original packaging and invoice;
Is not a personalized or personal-use item.

After review and approval, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7
business days.
No refund after 30 days

We deliver across the country and internationally, depending on availability.

Delivery time ranges from 3 to 15 business days, depending on location and shipping

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment confirmation.
To do so, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp.
If the order has already been shipped, the customer must wait for delivery and request a return

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the entered ZIP/postal
code;
Orders over X amount may qualify for free shipping (customize as needed) Depending agreement.
